LEASING Options has launched the Leasing Options Training Academy to support the company’s continued growth, attract new talent and maintain its high standards.
The training academy has been created to provide a structured and consistent approach to onboarding, training and professional development across the business.
It will support both new and existing colleagues, ensuring every team member has access to the knowledge, skills and support needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As the business continues to grow, the academy will also play a key role in attracting and developing future talent, creating clear career pathways and supporting internal progression opportunities.
Leading the initiative is Chris Sykes, who has spent more than a decade with Leasing Options and progressed to the role of Sales Manager. During that time, Chris has played a key role in supporting sales performance, developing colleagues and helping to shape a high-performing team culture.
He will be joined by Stuart Wallbanks, who brings more than 20 years’ experience from across the motor industry and most recently worked with Leasing Options as a third-party consultant through Symco Training before joining the team.
Together, they will oversee the development of the academy’s training programmes, onboarding processes and wider framework, ensuring colleagues have the support, skills and knowledge they need to succeed at every stage of their careers.
"The launch of the Leasing Options Training Academy represents a major investment in our people and our future. The car leasing sector continues to evolve, and maintaining our position as a market leader means continually investing in the skills, knowledge and development of our teams.”
Mike Thompson, Chief Operating Officer, Leasing Options Tweet
Chris and Stuart bring a huge amount of experience, knowledge and credibility to this initiative. Both have built successful careers at Leasing Options and understand exactly what it takes to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Their combined experience will help us create a development programme that not only supports new colleagues joining the business but also provides existing team members with clear opportunities to progress and fulfil their potential.”
