LEASING Options customers can now expect accurate estimated times of arrival for vehicle deliveries through a new tracking service.

The Manchester-based broker has launched Live Delivery Tracking, also known as geocomms, part of the Ebbon Automotive suite of platforms. Included with all Leasing Options orders placed through Ebbon’s Leaselink e-platform, the service is designed to make vehicle delivery simple and more reassuring from the moment a vehicle is collected.

Once a vehicle is picked up for delivery, customers receive a tracking email and text message from moDel, providing an accurate estimated time of arrival and real-time GPS updates every 10 minutes. Tracking is currently delivered via email and SMS and will soon also be accessible through the Leasing Options Portal.

The service has been live since 1 January 2026 and has been refined in partnership with Leasing Options preferred dealers to achieve a service level above 90% completion.

Further enhancements are planned, including making delivery tracking available within the Leasing Options Portal, giving customers another convenient way to view delivery progress alongside their wider account information.
