LLOYDS Banking Group has announced a leadership change to Lex Autolease: with Kit Wisdom takes on responsibility for the business alongside his existing role as Managing Director of Tusker. Lloyds said the move would support closer alignment across the Group’s leasing businesses.
Kit has led Tusker as Managing Director since 2024, having previously served as the business’s Chief Operating Officer, and brings significant experience across leasing, salary sacrifice and fleet mobility.
Paul Hyne to leave Lex Autolease
The leadership announcement also confirms that Paul Hyne, Commercial Director for Lloyds Transport, who joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2022 and has led Lex Autolease since 2023, has decided to leave the Group at the end of 2026.
Nick Williams, Managing Director Transport, Lloyds Banking Group, said:
“Paul has made a significant contribution to our Transport business over the last four years, and I would like to thank him for everything he has achieved during his time with us. He has been a valued member of the leadership team and has played an important role in the growth and development of the business.
As we look ahead, I’m delighted that Kit will expand his responsibilities to lead Lex Autolease alongside Tusker. Bringing these businesses together under Kit’s leadership will support closer alignment across our leasing businesses and ensure we continue to deliver for our customers and partners.”
Paul will remain in his role as Commercial Director until the end of 2026, supporting business planning and ensuring a smooth transition. Kit will assume responsibility for Lex Autolease alongside Tusker from 01 September 2026.
