A NEW leasing aggregator has been launched, called Moneyshake.com.

Moneyshake.com says it differentiates itself from other leasing broker portals because it only features BVRLA leasing brokers; and it will only charge a fee for a converted lead.

The leasing portal aggregator went live on September 03, 2019.

“We charge nothing until the deal is done,” explained CEO Eben Lovatt. “And then the fee is only £150 – but only when the lead becomes an ordered vehicle.

“We want to put pressure on ourselves to have a really good cost per acquisition through the provision of good quality leads.”

Moneyshake.com has a tie up with MoneySuperMarket.com to provide 50,000 users over a month.

Eben says that it has delivered 600 leads to its preferred broker partners between launch and midday on September 20. Average conversion rate is 12%.

So far there are 12 BVRLA leasing brokers on the Moneyshake.com funding panel. Eben says this will be expanded to a maximum panel of 20 – another differentiator from rival market aggregators.

The launch of Moneyshake comes at a time when the market for leasing aggregators is becoming increasingly crowded.

Broker News understands that Auto Trader is working on introducing a leasing broker aggregator platform, and another provider is also well on the way to market entry. Current market leader is Leasing.com.

“The market is crowded,” acknowledged Eben. “But we will cut through the clutter.”

Last week Moneyshake.com secured £500,000 of equity investment from Development Bank of Wales and serial entrepreneur Tim Scholes.
