NATIONWIDE Vehicle Contracts has introduced a new senior management team to support the day-to-day running of the business as it continues to grow in the UK vehicle leasing sector.
This year Nationwide Vehicle Contracts won Best Volume Broker at the Broker News Awards for the third year in a row and a number of the new appointees also featured.
The newly appointed team has extensive experience in automotive, finance, compliance, and customer operations. Together, they have 73 years with the business. The team includes:
Jenny Acton, Head of Sales and Operations
Jenny is the longest-serving
employee at Nationwide Vehicle Contracts with 20 years at the company. She joined in 2005 after starting her career with Renault and Smith Knight Fay. Over two decades, she has progressed through sales and management roles, including General Sales Manager.
As Head of Sales and Operations, she leads a team of 31 across Sales, Administration, and Customer Service. She is responsible for driving sales performance, managing operational processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Charles Campbell, Head of Pricing and Procurement
Charles has eight years with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, joining in 2016 on a university placement. After completing his accounting and finance degree with first class honours, he returned full-time in 2018 and advanced to Pricing Manager.
As Head of Pricing and Procurement, he leads a team of eight, overseeing pricing strategy, stakeholder relationships and vehicle procurement. He was Highly Commended in the Rising Star category at the 2025 awards.
Donna Kelly, Head of Marketing and Communications
Donna has 16 years with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, joining in 2009 after a career in broadcast media at the BBC and ITV. She became Digital Marketing Manager in 2014 alongside achieving an MSc in Digital Marketing Communications.
Donna won the 2025 Woman in Broking award. As Head of Marketing and Communications, she leads a team of five, focusing on marketing strategy, brand reputation, compliance, and communications.
Nicola Blocksidge, Head of Finance
Nicola has been with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts for 15 years, joining in 2010 as Accounts Manager. She holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Law and has worked across insurance and financial services.
As Head of Finance, she leads the Accounts department, managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while providing financial insight to support sustainable growth.
Stuart Stubbs, Chief Technology Officer
Stuart has worked with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts for over 14 years, first as a developer supporting the company’s website before joining directly in 2019. A Computer Science graduate from Newcastle University, he has also held roles with Fresh Egg and Applied Systems. As CTO, he is responsible for technology strategy, system development, digital platforms, and data security.
Nationwide says that the new structure has been introduced to improve efficiency and strengthen leadership across all functions.
The senior team will be responsible for

- Driving improvements in technology and efficiency
- Enhancing customer satisfaction
The existing Directors will continue to oversee the business, retaining responsibility for operational, strategic, and investment opportunities.
