NORTHAMPTON-based Silverstone Leasing has welcomed another recruit to the team, Kerrie White.
Kerrie is the newest member of the Customer Care team, which supports clients throughout their leasing experience.
She joins the fold hot on the heels of vehicle leasing veteran David Purvis, who also joined the leading leasing company as an account manager last month.
Kerrie started her career in the car leasing industry more than 25 years ago with Vauxhall Masterhire, where she worked across a range of departments including quotes, orders, dealer enquiries and corporate. After a decade-long career gap to be a stay-at-home-mum, Kerrie worked as a teaching assistant for five years.
“I’m hoping to build my confidence again, as I haven’t been in the industry for a while,” said Kerrie. “It has been a bit of a change coming back but I’m starting to remember it all with the terminology and systems. Although the technology has definitely moved on! It’s been nice getting back into it. It helps that my husband is still in the industry, so I can get tips and support from him.”
Kerrie’s appointment takes the customer service squad size back to four, after apprentice Ned Malalskas moved across to the sales side of the business.
Silverstone Leasing managing director Scott Norville said: “Kerrie’s experience within the leasing sector, combined with her caring and organised approach, makes her a fantastic fit for our Customer Care team. We’re really pleased to have her on board and know she’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and maintaining the high standards we’re known for.”
