LEE Jones, managing director of Fleet Procure, told delegates how the business had seen incredible growth recently at the BVRLA Leasing Broker Conference (21 June 2023), where the software company was also sponsoring the end of conference drinks.
The end-to-end cloud-based procurement and order management system now had 160 subscribed dealers for brokers to access stock, along with functionally such as instant OTR prices to configure rates with funders.
“It’s about efficiency and speed for your brokerage,” Lee explained. “We want you to be on the phone to customers creating sales, not wasting time chasing suppliers.”
A new live stock management system was the most recent addition to the procurement platform, explained Lee
With our new Stock Manager you can manage and see the stock you’ve ordered. It also allows you to manage cancellations effectively because the order goes straight back into the live management system so you never lose sight of a cancelled order vehicle again. It can also predict run rates, so you don't end up with over-age stock.

Lee added that there were 500 vehicles exclusive to Fleet Procure from dealer partners showing every day for brokers to access. There were also batch deals unique to Fleet Procure.
New functionality included a free API to your CRM provider. This was currently live with automotus and would be rolled out to Motorcomplete and QV Systems during Q3.
“We’re constantly working on the journey so there is less double typing,” added Lee. “And with agency ordering happening, it’s time to join us on this journey.”
