Bryan Curtis appointed new Nissan Fleet Director
THERE’S a new Fleet Director at Nissan: Bryan Curtis (left).
Bryan takes over from Marco Capozzoli who has left the business to pursue alternative ambitions.
Curtis, who moves from his current roles as National Sales Performance Manager, reports to Sales Director Michael Auliar.
Bryan Curtis has extensive experience with Nissan and the Infiniti brands, having joined Nissan GB in 2020 after over five years with Infiniti.
“I’m delighted to take the reins as Nissan GB’s new fleet director. With a recently launched range of award-winning electrified vehicles, including the fully electric Ariya coupé crossover, and Townstar compact van, these continue to be exciting times for our brand,” Curtis said on his appointment.
Steve Beattie is new Head of Sales at Polestar; Matt Hawkins joins Flexis
STEVE Beattie (above) is the new Head of Sales at Polestar. Recently appointed Sales & Operations Director at Vauxhall having joined from NIO in February this year, Steve hops on again to join the performance brand of Volvo.
In the meantime, Matt Hawkins who was previously Head of Sales at Polestar, has taken up the role of Head of UK Market for Flexis (pictured right).
Speaking on the professional platform LinkedIn, Matt said:
“The world of commercial vehicles is lagging behind in its ambition to electrify fleets and this largely down to the current crop of vehicles not being fit for purpose when it comes to last mile delivery.
“Flexis will change that. We will launch a fleet of vehicles that are built specifically for this segment. We will partner with the operators of these fleets and involve them in the development of software that seamlessly integrates their operations into the vehicles they use.”
New Head of Audi UK
José Miguel Aparicio is the new Director of Audi UK from 01 October 2024.
José Miguel Aparicio takes over from Andrew Doyle, who has been Director of Audi UK since 2017. Andrew is moving to take over the CEO role of Australian multi-franchise dealer group Peter Warren. Doyle is an Australian.
