IT’S official: Leasys UK has appointed Nickie Conde as its new Head of Indirect Sales, effective from 01 December 2025.
Nickie steps into the role vacated by the retirement of James Russell, who bowed out from the broker channel in July 2025. Nickie reports to Stuart Menzies, Sales Director
Nickie is well-known in broker circles and has more than 25 years’ experience in the automotive sector.
She joins from Arval BNP Paribas Group where she had been Sales Channel Lead – Broker for the last three years. Prior to that, Nickie was Manager of Alphabet Partner, Alphabet’s dedicated broker channel.
