BROKER funder Novuna Vehicle Solutions is adopting Fleet Procure’s StockManager platform to handle tactical campaign stock.

The move, which follows a successful trial, will allow Novuna to manage stock more effectively and give brokers a more efficient and secure way of ordering and delivering tactical vehicles.

Benefits of StockManager for Novuna brokers include:

  • Real-time vehicle availability
  • Easy order placement and delivery management
  • A full audit trail of orders, deliveries and discussions between themselves and retailers
  • Immediate availability of cancelled units
  • Open API available for those who have the ability to integrate StockManager into their CRM system

“We are really excited to launch StockManager to our Associate network. Our tactical activity is increasing and we need a dedicated solution in order to manage our tactical campaigns. Our current solution, Google Sheets, has worked for us historically but with increased stock controls and reporting requirements, we were under pressure to implement a longer-term, secure solution.”

The platform will handle Novuna tactical deals and Associate-introduced tactical deals that Novuna commits to fund.

Sally continued: “The StockManager platform allows us visibility of sold and available stock, an overview of how a campaign is performing and instant reporting on our stock and liability.  By automating the order to delivery journey, we can easily identify the status of each order which will reduce our manual interactions with dealers and allow the team to focus on attracting and securing new tactical opportunities.”

Lerato Barrett, Commercial Manager – Agency, Leasing and Rental at FleetProcure said that Novuna’s adoption of StockManager was a “significant milestone” for Fleet Procure.

“We are delighted to be working closely with the Novuna team, offering them our real-time smart tech that abundantly supports their efficiency objectives and exciting growth ambitions within the tactical channel,” she said.

Novuna expects to go live with StockManager later this month.
