Chris Swallow at conference

In the morning business session, Chris Swallow, Novuna’s National Sales Manager – Associates (pictured above), detailed how Novuna’s fleet had doubled since 2018 with its number six placing in the FN50. But out of the top six funders, Novuna had the best Trustpilot rating, an area that the company took seriously through a continuous improvement programme.

Also announced was the introduction of minibus leasing, an update on underwriting and its brand new quoting portal called Quote Pro, which has been built by Codeweavers.

“I know this has been a long time coming,” said Chris, “but we shall be debuting the system next month while running the old system alongside it, before full migration occurs.”

Sally Wildsmith delivers tactical update

A presentation by Sally Wildsmith, Tactical Campaign Manager, reported on the success of the Cupra Formentor tactical with 800 units sold in three months. Sally said there would be an increase in the number of tacticals the funder would be doing next year.
