NOVUNA Vehicle Solutions has made its first acquisition since the change of name from Hitachi in February to purchase the assets and contracts of the BNP Paribas Rental Solutions business from BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions.
The acquisition provides Novuna Vehicle Solutions with 1300 specialist heavy goods vehicles.
