BROKER funder Novuna Vehicle Solutions has launched a cutting-edge vehicle quote, order, and delivery platform, with more than 2,000 orders placed in its first month.
The QuotePro platform, developed in partnership with Codeweavers, officially launched on Monday, 27 January 2025, with more than 1,000 external users logging in on day one and generating more than 600 proposals within the first 48 hours.
A Skoda Octavia vRS estate was the first car ordered through the new system by Stable Vehicle Contracts.
Novuna QuotePro replaces outdated systems and enables brokers to:
- Generate vehicle finance quotes quickly.
- Submit quotes for underwriting seamlessly.
- Track and manage proposals through to order and delivery.
- Utilise Biometric Identity Verification technology for enhanced security.
The new platform incorporates Novuna’s enhanced auto underwriting process, which was introduced last year to improve the quality of credit applications and increase the number of proposal acceptances.
Of the 2,157 orders placed in January, 225 related to the new credit line facility in QuotePro.
‘Genuine improvements’ for brokers
Novuna said it embarked on a “comprehensive” engagement process with brokers and dealers in 2023 to ensure the platform would deliver “genuine improvements”.
Early-stage broker feedback sessions, a dedicated launch video at Novuna’s broker conference, and a structured training programme for Novuna’s Associate Fleet and Account Management Teams have all played a crucial role in the successful rollout, according to Novuna.
“Early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with brokers and dealers praising the system’s intuitive design, speed, and efficiency.”

Skyfleet Car Leasing described it as their “go-to system”, with both special offers and the underwriting system being “easy to use”.
The pricing team at UK Carline also reported that it’s “much faster” to run special offer pricing, while Rivervale said it was a “significant improvement’’ that will enable it to write more business with Novuna.
To ensure a seamless transition, a comprehensive training programme was rolled out to more than 120 brokers via face-to-face sessions, Microsoft Teams webinars, and on-demand training videos tailored to different teams’ roles.
Central Contracts praised the switch over to the new system.
“Your launch on Monday has been THE smoothest transition to a new system I’ve ever experienced.”
Other broker feedback included
- Wessex Vehicle Leasing – “The feedback is largely positive, it obviously helps with the system being familiar. The team do like the ability to appeal directly.”
- Express Vehicle Contracts – “Well done on an excellent launch, the team love the new system saying it’s so intuitive to use.”
- Gateway2Lease – “Easy to quote specials offers, great on-boarding process very organised, much quicker than capital control, support team have been really helpful.”
- Rivervale Leasing– “The new system is a huge improvement over the previous one it is a significant improvement, and I’m confident it will help us write more business with Novuna.”
The QuotePro platform also strengthens Novuna’s long-standing relationship with Cox Automotive, which owns Codeweavers.
“The success of this project is a result of an excellent collaboration between the Novuna and Codeweavers teams. By quickly establishing a strong working relationship, we were able to remain reactive and evolve the system quickly following regular interactions with Novuna. The result is an intuitive, user-friendly platform that simplifies access to finance solutions and enhances the overall customer experience.”
