WESSEX Fleet is moving from its existing base in Wilton, Wiltshire, into a new location in Salisbury city centre.
The offices are currently being designed to incorporate a breakout area, reflection zones, and pods that will allow for team meetings in time for the move, expected to be the end September.
The Wiltshire leasing broker says the new offices will better reflect the business and provide a better working environment, as well as help with staff recruitment.
The company has just launched its joint venture with Snows Direct and is planning to expand with further new product launches later this year which will involve increasing head count.
We’ll still be offering flexible working, but our new office will help promote a better atmosphere which will encourage staff to work from the office more.
