PRESTON broker UK Carline has made a significant addition to its senior management with the appointment of Paul Lowdon as commercial director.
Paul joins UK Carline from Vertu Motors where he has had a distinguished career over the last 13 years.
He built a specialist team at Vertu to supply car and commercial vehicles to corporate partners before becoming general manager of Vertu Group Fleet.
