WELL done to Paul McManus, who joins DreamLease from AFL to lead and grow its salary sacrifice division.
The Buckinghamshire leasing broker ranked 11th in the inaugural BN25 sales table with 2,482 sales in 2025.
Paul has spent over 20 years in the broker industry and arrives at DreamLease from being general manager at AFL, which trades under the broker’s Leasing Made Simple brands. This was his second stint at AFL after six years with Select Car Leasing.
He will lead and scale the DreamLease salary sacrifice division, powered by SalSac’s fully automated platform. The system is built to handle real volume, from onboarding and compliance through to payroll integration, reporting and scheme management – all delivered seamlessly and at scale.
“Paul brings serious experience, commercial insight and a consistent track record of delivering growth. We’re ambitious about where we’re going and Paul is exactly the right person to help drive it.”
Daniel Pass, Managing Director, DreamLease Tweet
“This isn’t a side offering for us. It’s a major strategic focus, and we’ve been investing in the infrastructure, partnerships and proposition to support significant growth as we move into 2026 and beyond.
“Salary Sacrifice is evolving rapidly, and the opportunity in the market is huge. With the right leadership and the right technology behind it, we’re in a strong position to expand meaningfully.”
