EDINBURGH-based leasing broker Pike + Bambridge has added three new appointments to its senior team in preparation for significant growth.
Richard Utting joins as commercial director; Susan Russell as head of marketing; and Craig Daniel as head of private client concierge.
Each brings considerable experience to the firm that was established in 2013, and has offices in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and London.
Richard Utting joins from ClickMechanic, adding leadership experience from high-growth tech businesses. Key roles will include building high-performing teams, and driving exemplary customer experience.
Susan Russell has a background in tourism, events, and hospitality, having previously held roles with organisations such as Edinburgh’s Festivals and VisitScotland, having already achieved an award-winning career.
Craig Daniel adds more than 10 years’ experience in the financial service industry, having worked for the past six years in senior management roles focusing on business growth.
