Now an automotive recruitment company is specialising in the leasing broker sector to deliver the right people with the right skills to the market.
Former broker insurance specialist, Chris Codd, has set up a Performance Resourcing franchise with a specialism in the broker sector.
“From the conversations I had with brokers in my previous insurance role, I realised that finding new staff was a constant headache. There was no one place to go – apart, perhaps, for ex-dealership staff but they often took time to adapt to the demands of the sector – so that gave me the idea to focus on the needs of the broker.”
Chris is vastly experienced in the automotive sector, having started 35 years ago as a used car sales trainee with a Ford dealership in Berkshire. He has held senior positions at both dealer and group level, within the OEM sector, and most recently in senior B2B roles within the field of general insurance.
“I have a wide scope of experience and expertise to ensure that only the very best and most well-suited candidates are shortlisted,” Chis adds. “As well as brokers I’m covering all automotive sectors including sales, administration, accounting and management.
