RICHARD Jones, the managing director of Lex Autolease and Black Horse Finance, has left his role at Lloyds Banking Group.
Having worked for the motor finance and leasing divisions of Lloyds Banking Group for the last four years, and worked within Lloyds for 10 years, Richard is departing the broker funder to be the new managing director of the Cardiff-based MotoNovo Finance business, a division of Aldermore Bank.
He first joined Lloyds as a graduate trainee.
I’m delighted to welcome Richard and have him join the team at Aldermore. He brings a wealth of experience having run the UK’s largest motor finance business for a number of years, and his skills and expertise will be a huge asset as we aim to grow our MotoNovo business.
Richard will take up his new position at the start of 2023.
