RIVERVALE has acquired Concept Vehicle Leasing and Concept Fleet Solutions for an undisclosed sum it was announced today (19 August 2025).

Surrey-based Concept, run by Paul Bulloch, has been trading for over 25 years and will now be integrated within the multifaceted Rivervale operation, benefiting both its leasing brokerage and its FN50 ranked leasing division.

“Concept’s award‑winning service, for both personal and business leasing customers, and fleet‑management technology are a perfect fit for Rivervale. By combining our contract hire and leasing divisions together and integrating Concept’s fleet managed customers into our FN50 fleet operation, we unlock sharper rentals, richer choice, and faster lead‑times for Concept’s existing customers.”

Customers of Concept Fleet Solutions will now be integrated into Rivervale’s fleet operation, which entered the FN50 ranking of contract hire and leasing providers for the first time in 2024, debuting at number 45.

They will now benefit from Rivervale’s wide choice of leasing funders and OEM relationships, resulting in more competitive deals and greater vehicle availability.

Founder of Concept, Paul Bulloch, will aid with the transition to ensure a seamless handover of client relationships before pursuing his new Boom business club venture with partner Gary Dawes. All existing Surrey based Concept staff transfer to Rivervale.

“After more than 25 years in the sector, this is both a proud and emotional moment. I’m incredibly grateful to our loyal customers, dedicated team, and industry partners who have been part of the Concept journey. It’s the right time and the right partner, and I leave knowing our customers and staff will be well supported in the future.”

Rivervale said the Concept name would be phased out to be replaced by Rivervale branding over the coming months.
