RIVERVALE Leasing has signed a three-year deal extending its SMR partnership with Fleet Assist.
Brighton-based Rivervale uses Fleet Assist’s Service Booking Lite platform to manage its customers’ SMR needs through its nationwide network of over 5,200 garages and over 500 mobile workshops.
Over the past few years Fleet Assist has worked very closely with Rivervale to support its business with a wide range of SMR-based products and services.
Rivervale uses Fleet Assist’s technical authorisation service as well as its downtime management service which proactively helps get Rivervale customer vehicles back on the road quickly and efficiently.
Meanwhile, Fleet Assist’s Paybill service streamlines Rivervale’s financial administrative process by consolidating all SMR spend into one invoice, while its foreign travel service delivers all the relevant driver permissions to enable them to take their Rivervale vehicle abroad.
“Our contract extension is a testament to Fleet Assist culture which is closely aligned to ours coupled with their services which fleets use as the industry benchmark,” said Vince Pemberton, CEO of Rivervale Leasing.
“By working closely with Fleet Assist over the past few years we have been able to concentrate on growing our leasing and fleet management business safe in the knowledge that their experienced team has been proactively managing all aspects of our customers’ SMR needs.”
