Synergy’s Ellie Tucker promoted to Senior Account Manager and Sales Training Lead following Women in Broking mentoring

CONGRATULATIONS to Ellie Tucker on her new role as Senior Account Manager and Sales Training Lead at Harrogate-based Synergy Car Leasing.

Ellie’s promotion comes after achieving what she describes as a “personal record” for vehicle orders in the 2025/26 financial year.

She has also successfully managed Synergy’s newly incorporated short-term rental department.

“I’ve had so many memorable milestones in the past year and I’m excited to continue contributing to positive change and growth within the Synergy sales team,” Ellie said.

Ellie was named Rising Star of the Year at the 2025 Broker News Awards thanks to her proactive, customer first approach.

She has since been supported by Vansdirect’s Sam Ward as part of the Women in Broking mentoring programme, and shared her experience of it at the BVRLA’s Leasing Broker Conference last year.

Ellie added: “A special thank you to my mentor, Sam Ward, for the invaluable guidance and support throughout the past nine months.

“Thank you also to Will Voisey (Synergy’s Managing Director) for the recognition – it’s truly appreciated.”

Synergy Car Leasing was recently named the ninth biggest broker in the Broker News BN25, which celebrates the biggest volume selling leasing brokers and their contribution to auto sales.
