The lcv group has launched a new website that aims to streamline the process for customers to find the perfect vehicle.
The Swansea-based firm’s new-look site allows customers to customise their transactions online for an instant quote, making the process easier, faster, and as accessible as possible.
I am proud to have led the development of our new website which will undoubtedly improve the way we conduct business. The new platform’s user-friendly design and advanced functionality will greatly simplify transactions for our customers. Together, we are embracing innovation and embracing a bright future for our business.
Elliott Gardner, IT and Digital Marketing Manager
The new website was launched on 9th August and will be further developed in the next few weeks. It is the latest move for a company that underwent a major rebrand in 2022. Formerly known as Low Cost Vans, the new name reflects the company’s growing product range which includes cars, short term hire, and fleet services; an offering that was bolstered earlier this year with the acquisition of national company TR Fleet.
Rod Lloyd, CEO of the lcv group, said: “Our website is a key part of our customers’ journey, and I am thrilled that we have a new platform that can enhance the experience. The team have worked extremely hard to deliver this project, which will make the process of finding the right car or van much easier. This enhanced offering is just one of the many ways that we are continuously improving our service.”
The lcv group was voted Best Commercial Vehicle Broker at the recent Broker News Awards.
