VANSDIRECT, the van leasing broker specialist owned by dealership group Vertu, has appointed Lee Nelson as its fleet sales manager.
Nelson is hugely experienced in the sector with six years at a Mercedes-Benz franchise dealership, six years at a Ford franchise and a highly successful 18 months at a local Fiat dealer.
Vansdirect said that the business had established a relationship with Nelson while he was working at the Fiat Professional dealership through his contact with Vandirect’s procurement and sales team.
“I felt I could make a positive contribution working on the other side of the fence and hopefully provide an impact on Vansdirect’s recent successes,” said Nelson on his appointment.
