UK home charger manufacturer VCHRGD Technologies has integrated its chargers directly Octopus Energy’s Intelligent Octopus Go tariff.
Octopus Energy’s Intelligent Octopus Go automatically schedules charging for the cheapest, greenest periods, helping customers save money while reducing demand on the grid.
For fleet operators, resellers, and installers, VCHRGD says the integration will:
- Help reduce running costs with cheaper, smarter charging
- Meet higher demand from drivers and business owners actively seeking tariff-compatible chargers
The move gives EV drivers access to charging rates as low as £0.07/kWh, making VCHRGD amongst the most affordable EV chargers directly integrated with the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, while creating fresh opportunities for fleet operators, retail wholesalers and installers alike to offer VCHRGD chargers, it says.
VCHRGD launched in 2021, and has a strong reputation for customer service, charger reliability, and sustainability. With 97% of customer reviews rated five stars and a strong commitment to reliability (with just 0.54% of chargers requiring return for replacement.
