DURING Vehicle Consulting’s “Celebrating Success” away day, the Stockport-based leasing broker announced its plans for future growth, while celebrating recent successes.

Open to Vehicle Consulting team members and franchisees, the event took place at Macclesfield’s Mottram Hall Hotel in Cheshire. During the event, the company announced its plans for continued growth, particularly in salary sacrifice and fleet management markets.

It also plans to focus on its customer and client-centric approach to business, and innovative use of video marketing to improve its reach. Most excitingly however were the hints that Vehicle Consulting is looking to expand its reach by perhaps integrating other vehicle broker firms into its group.

The event was primarily focused on celebrating recent success though, and saw each team member take to the stage, sharing what has happened in the past year – celebrating both individual and team victories.

Among the standout stories from the past 12 months were Vehicle Consulting’s partnership with Key Group – an important addition in expanding the salary sacrifice portfolio. It also brought a greater holistic approach to Vehicle Consulting’s fleet management offering.

Also announced was a refreshed digital marketing strategy, which will look to make the most of short-form videos as part of its marketing efforts, helping to showcase the company’s efforts and employees to the wider industry.

Long-standing employees were celebrated, with Mark and Jonathan from Vehicle Consulting Cheshire marking two decades as franchisees. Other milestones were marked with Paul and Jayne from Vehicle Consulting Leicester reaching ten years with the firm.

Outside interested were represented by the likes of Emma Gamory-Dubourdeau from Genesis cars, who spoke about the brand and arranged for a test drives for attendees.
