DAVID Purvis is the latest recruit at Northampton-based Silverstone Leasing as a new account manager, bringing over 25 years of motor trade experience.
David was previously at the Yellow Car Shop, an Appointed Representative of Wessex Fleet Solutions. He started his career valeting cars before going into body shop quality control and new car sales at a local dealership.
Staying with his previous employer for 15 years, said the new environment at Silverstone has been a welcome change after more than a decade in one place.
“Everyone has made me feel very welcome and the office banter is second to none,” he said. “I’m looking forward to the fast pace and busy days and I’m sure I’ll fit in no problem.”
Silverstone Leasing managing director Scott Norville said: “Our business has grown rapidly over the last few years as we expand the team to meet customer demand. Appointing David is very exciting for us. His immense knowledge and experience mean he can hit the ground running and really make a difference in the team for our clients.”
Silverstone Leasing was given a Special Commendation for growth at the BN25 event in February.
