VOLKSWAGEN Commercial Vehicles has launched an enhanced telematics system, Connect Pro, to support fleet managers to optimise their fleets in real time.
The new telematics system is available to connect on all Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles models from 2021
Key features of the new telematics platform include live vehicle location, route history, average fuel consumption, state of charge, as well as vehicle maintenance demands and warning messages, and online appointment booking with the customer’s Preferred Service Partner for a simplified, integrated approach.
Available to fleets of any size, the customisable digital platform allows greater operational control, as well as delivering Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates on the vehicles.
