SALISBURY-BASED leasing broker Wessex Fleet has experienced a whole host of benefits since switching to QV Systems’ cloud-based leasing and lending platform Accelerate.
Being able to tailor the system to Wessex Fleet’s workflow needs is one of the biggest benefits, according to Abby Nuttall (pictured above), Marketing Manager at Wessex Fleet.
For example, Wessex Fleet is able to add as many statuses as it wants for the orders to sit in, which helps make the customer journey “as smooth as possible”, she says.
“It also means we can be really responsive to changes in the industry, and adapt our workflow when needed,” she adds. “The support from the team when troubleshooting is also a massive benefit, and the way they take on board suggestions we have for improvements.”
AR compliance
Wessex Fleet began using Accelerate in October 2020 and has since opened up access to its 17 appointed representatives (ARs).
It helps Wessex Fleet with compliance as it simply has to update documents and everything is automatically up to date for the ARs too.
“Our AR programme is probably the biggest risk to our business, purely because we’re putting a lot of trust in a lot of different people but as long as they are using Accelerate we know everything they do is compliant, and that's a big assurance for us.”
The ARs, meanwhile, benefit from having access to QV Systems’ top-level subscription for brokers, Accelerate Ultra, which gives them additional functionality.
It can be fully branded to each AR, and Wessex Fleet is able to amend the customer journey for them to suit their timeframes.
Some ARs also have the ability to transact finance lease or contract purchase through Accelerate.
“QV removes a lot of the stresses of running a leasing brokerage and streamlines our workflows, meaning we can be really efficient when dealing with our customers. The whole system is designed to remove pain points, whether it be managing opportunities, quoting customers, placing orders or managing contracts."
Thomas added: “Being able to create workflows where follow-up tasks and communication can be automated has been a real game changer, as this is often one of the most difficult things to manage within a brokerage. Also, having the ability to store all of the necessary documentation securely and simplify the document signing process with the integration of Adobe Sign means we aren’t having to spend time chasing signatures. All in all the team at QV are fantastic and the system makes our job a lot easier.”
New system is 33% quicker
Wessex Fleet will be moving from a multi-tenant set-up with Accelerate to a new standalone system this month, which will run 33% quicker, according to Tom White, Customer Success Manager at QV Systems.
The standalone system also gives Wessex Fleet direct database access, live updates, the ability to create dashboards, and additional security.
“It will give Wessex so much more insight into how everything is performing,” says Tom.
