CONGRATULATIONS to Will Faulkner (above) who has joined Leap Vehicle Leasing as a director of the business.
Predominantly a personal leasing brokerage, the Cheadle Hume broker will now balance that with business contract hire thanks to the appointment of Will, who is tasked with increasing Leap’s BCH business, the provision of salary sacrifice, as well as offering specialist funding.
Will was previously at Vavoom Leasing, having joined in June 2021 as broker team sales manager. Previous appointments include over 10 years at Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and more than nine years at Lex Autolease as an account manager.
I’m really pleased with Will’s appointment. I’ve been toying with this idea for some time, and two heads are certainly better than one. Our skill sets are perfectly suited, so while I’ll continue with the PCH side of the business, Will can build the BCH side.
Andy Gartside, founder and director, Leap Vehicle Leasing Tweet
Andy said the Cheshire-based brokerage has been successful with PCH but recognised that the market has evolved and it was also time to start serving businesses in the locale and across the UK.
Will is also tasked with increasing the broker’s funder base and providing specialist finance for those companies that require an alternative to long term asset rental.
I’ve done two years at Vavoom which is a good shift that I thoroughly enjoyed, but this was an opportunity too good to miss. We’ll be offering more of a boutique service to companies, tailoring finance that suits their requirements.
