XLCR has helped an expanding appliance repair company – NAC (Domestic Appliances) – to grow its fleet with a range of vehicles including Nissan Townstar, Peugeot Expert and Citroen Berlingo XL.
The broker replaced the existing vehicle supplier on the account.
Alex Woodcock, Key Accounts Director at XLCR, said:
“We approached NAC back in 2023 for an opportunity to be the company’s go-to van supplier for its continuously growing fleet.
“NAC wanted a one-stop package which included the van, the maintenance package, the service package and the relief vehicle, complete with company livery and telematics systems.”
Woodcock says XLCR worked closely with Neil Robinson at NAC to supply more than 35 brand new vans to the business complete with everything they needed to ensure the vans were ready to work from day one of delivery.
Neil Robinson, National Service Manager at NAC, said: “We required a one-stop shop that would deliver any new vans ready to hit the road – including trackers and livery.
“After an initial order, it was clear that Alex and XLCR could meet all the requirements and even help with a new fantastic livery design at no extra cost. Building relationships with the people working at XLCR has helped them understand our requirements. They are always willing to help with any issue.”
XLCR is part of the Global Vehicle Group, which recently acquired the lcv group.
