RICHARD Garbutt is the new Chief Executive of the Stellantis &You UK retail group.
He steps up from his current role of Sales Director overseeing new, used and fleet operations, and replaces Angela Shepherd who leaves to pursue an opportunity outside of the Group.
Stellantis &You UK recently celebrated its first anniversary of its name change from Robins & Day and currently has 24 Peugeot, 17 Citroën, five DS, five Vauxhall, three Fiat and three Abarth new car franchise retailers.
Richard has held various roles with the group and has wide experience in the network starting as a Sales Manager and progressing through a variety of roles to become Regional Manager.
Since then he has held a number of senior management appointments, including the Citroën Retail Group and Go Vauxhall, and more recently Fiat and Abarth. He was promoted to Sales Director in 2016.
Commenting on his appointment, Richard Garbutt said: ”Having been a part of the Group for almost 20 years, I’ve seen the Group and our teams and people evolve, and I’m passionate about the success of both. We know the challenges of such a dynamic market, but more importantly the opportunities. I look forward to working with the whole team to create success together.”
