SOFTWARE provider QV Systems unveiled its new customer portal at a special customer event at the Eighteen event space, Birmingham (15 September 2023).
The portal, says QV, allows customers to access, manage, and track their quotes, orders, and live vehicles with a streamlined journey through the vehicle buying cycle.
QV Systems says its user-friendly interface and depth of features will enhance the customer experience (CX), making it easier for brokers and funders to deliver a digital customer experience.
In addition, the day also featured a session hosted by Alex Wootton from Experian, whose pre-eligibility personal contract hire product is now integrated into the QV Systems Accelerate platform.
The attendees – a mixture of leasing and finance brokers along with funders – enjoyed a drinks and BBQ event at the end of the day on Eighteen’s rooftop terrace.
It was a remarkable day of connection, learning, and celebration. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and this event underscored our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that cater to their evolving needs. The launch of our customer portal represents a significant milestone in our journey, and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have on our customers' operations.
