VAVOOM Leasing has a new website and CRM system courtesy of Automotus, the leasing broker software and digital marketing brand of FIRE5 Digital.
Vavoom is relatively new to the leasing broker market, having been launched by Jonathan Wise and Stuart Adam back in summer 2021.
Since then it has expanded rapidly, finding it had soon outgrown its original CMS and CRM providers.
With a greater workload, Vavoom identified more intuitive automation and an improved front end website were required to bolster the company’s strong brand presence.
Using the Vavoom brand guidelines, Automotus switched the Manchester based leasing broker to its own CMS and CRM system, incorporating the company’s branding into every element of the customer journey, from email templates to online ordering.
When Vavoom approached us, the first thing that stood out was the underutilisation of their brand, which for a start up broker still in their infancy was particularly strong. We knew we could take their guidelines and design a really strong web presence and digital journey to match their ambition, professionalism and goals.

Jonathan Wise, founder and director, Vavoom Leasing, added:
“At Vavoom we constantly strive to lead the way with new innovative ideas, putting the customer first and always focused on the best customer experience and journey possible.
“Our mission, in line with our climate positive approach, was to reduce the paper trail, increase efficiencies and digitise our customer and sales processes. Using a stand alone website, separate CRM and marketing limitations meant we identified elements of time deficiencies and process wins which we could improve on for both our customers and clients.
“We have seen improved lead flow directly via the optimised website, big data improvements will enable future plans to be implemented, marketing options have been widened, we can now push even further to ensure we meet and exceed all compliance requirements set out for our industry, whilst delivering a world class digital CRM and quoting platform to our clients which is market leading.
“Future capabilities and builds of our platform should see us capitalise on the ever-changing pricing and digitalisation the broker market faces now and in the future.”
