CONGRATULATIONS to Sally Dennis who has been appointed sales director at Mercedes as the company continues to embark on its agency model.
With over 30 years of automotive experience, both with volume and premium OEMs, Sally brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Since joining Mercedes-Benz in 2012, Sally has held various senior positions and has been instrumental in driving the success of the brand.
Her previous roles include head of fleet, used cars and re-marketing, and customer operations director in Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Mercedes says this has given Sally a deep understanding of the customer journey and the importance of providing a seamless buying experience.
Sally recognises the importance of collaboration with our network partners and the vital role they play in delivering exceptional customer service. Her extensive experience and passion for the automotive industry will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success.
Gary Savage, CEO, Mercedes-Benz UK Tweet
As well as Sally’s responsibilities for new car sales, she continues to look after used cars & remarketing.
Commenting on her new role, Sally said:
“The agency model presents exciting opportunities for our business and I am delighted to be working so closely with our network partners as we build on our current success.
“This new approach delivers a contemporary and customer centric experience, whether that’s in store, online or a combination of the two. I am also certain that this new way of working will attract talented individuals to join us from not only the automotive industry but also from digital and retail environments.”
In other executive moves, Mercedes confirmed that head of fleet, Tom Brennan, had elected to leave the company in June.
