Fleet Support Administrator role at CBVC Vehicle Management
Location: Burton on Trent
An exciting career opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in a busy and demanding environment. The main purpose of this role will be to support fleet managers/coordinators, ensuring our customers operate their fleets legally, safely and cost effectively.
What does the role involve?
- Dealing with emails in support CRM queue and telephone queries with appropriate escalation.
- Process SMR bookings and authorisation requests.
- Handle rental vehicle reservations, to include; vehicle allocation and hire management.
- Maintenance queries with leasing companies.
- Fuel and Fuel Card Management.
- MOT, RFL, MID and Toll checks.
- Accident Management – in conjunction with FMG in an administration capacity.
- Driving Licence Checking.
- Driver Interface and queries.
- Supporting our driver mobile App, to include assessing submitted driver vehicle inspections.
- Process data imports into our fleet management platform, to include validation and exception management.
- Management reporting for Fleet Customers, to include; collation of data, correction and exception reporting. Primary duty is to form reports for the responsible fleet manager to review and advise the client.
What do you need to succeed in the role?
- Ideally you will have experience of working in an administrative environment. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, fleet processes and systems is preferable, relatable skills would be considered. This is a developing role with recent company expansion, you will need to demonstrate an ability to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
