NORTHAMPTON-based leasing broker Alpha Contracts Leasing has just celebrated 27 years trading.
The brokerage was set up in 1997 by co-owners Lynette Randall and Samantha Miles. Alpha Contracts is one of just a handful of female-led brokerages in the UK and 80% of its employees are women.
The business offers both van and car leasing, with 60% of the business being commercials and 40% cars. The company has grown over the years but remains a family business, with Lynette’s daughter a core part of the team.
Lynette and Samantha put their success down to a dedicated team who have remained with the business and have over 200 years of industry experience between them.
“We’ve certainly seen some changes over almost three decades! Sam and I count ourselves as very lucky to genuinely love what we do. Building great relationships is key and we’re very proud to still have some of the same customers who started with us – in fact we’re now helping their children with their vehicles.
