Which way is leasing heading…apart from up?
NEW data from the BVRLA reports that leasing is on the rise again. After 10 successive quarter falls, that is terrific news. But where will further growth come from?
The attitude of many of the large leasecos contributing to the report is that personal contract hire is going to be the revenue generator at the expense of business contract hire. But is that really the case? Will BCH recover as tax breaks entice drivers into company cars? Or is the genie out of the bottle and PCH is unstoppable?
