THERE is a new e-learning module available from the BVRLA on Selling Personal Contract Hire.
Actively supported by broker funders Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions, Alphabet, and Lex Autolease along with ALD Automotive, Arval, and LeasePlan, the course costs just £49.95 for brokers with a funder relationship.
Personal Contract Hire (PCH) continues to be the most popular finance method and while business contract hire continues to decline in popularity, PCH grew by +4% according to the BVRLA’s Q3 2020 Leasing Report.
To ensure brokers are fully up to date with this regulated product, the BVRLA has produced a special e-learning module on the subject.
The BVRLA says the course is suitable for anyone selling PCH as a refresher course or ideal for new starters in a brokerage.
Among the topics covered are:
- Motor Finance Hire Explained
- Features and Benefits of Personal Contract Hire
- The role of the automotive Customer Sales Consultant (or advisor)
- Customer Qualification
- Pre-Contract Information
- Dealing with Vulnerable Customers
- Handling Customer Complaints
There is an online assessment with certification on successful completion.
Cost for the course is £99.95 + VAT or £49.95 at the discounted funder rate. For more click on the link Selling Personal Contract Hire.
