CONGRATULATIONS to Kayleigh Mangan who has been promoted to director of procurement at National Fleet Services.

Kayleigh, who was appointed a director of the Bromsgrove, Midlands-based leasing broker back in February this year, now assumes overall responsibility for procurement for the business – OEMs, dealers and leasing companies – which includes the Express Car Leasing brand.

Managing director Chris Rouse said: “We needed to focus our business on growing and fostering our procurement relationships, primarily with the OEMs and dealers.

“Kayleigh has pulled off some excellent deals in the past 12 months and this is reward and recognition for her innovation and hard work.”

A further appointment at National Fleet Services is sourcing specialist Gary Oldroyd who joins the used vehicle department at the company’s Leeds office.

Chris said the company had been involved in used car sales in the past but not in a structured approach to the market. He said Gary’s appointment will formalise this approach, with further appointments to be made in the next few months.

“The business will be focused around servicing the needs of consumers for used vehicles, but also for supporting our fleet customers while they wait for new vehicles to be delivered.

“It also broadens the base of the National Fleet Services service provision, with leasing, rental and now used vehicles.”
