IT’S tricky enough keeping on top of the pounds in the leasing industry any time of year, but post-Christmas it can prove more difficult still. However, one vehicle leasing executive has cracked it.

Richard Bunn, director at White Hot Vans and Purple Cars, has personal experience of the struggle. To combat weight gain, Richard – known to many as ‘Sticky Bunn’ – has another business: The Flamingo Project.

By working on a 60 day plan, fluctuating weight is tackled and breaking points targeted. Richard himself lost three stone by taking part in the weight-loss plan, and appreciates the support of the project in losing the pounds that are so easy to gain in the industry.

Richard commented:

“We’ve always eaten and drunk a bit too much, and then one day decided to sort it out. We’re not trying to get a six pack or a certain body fat level. We just want to be fitter, stronger and leaner…but couldn’t do it on our own.

“The Flamingo Project offers structured menus and structured exercise plans over a 60 day period with plenty of support and a genuine desire to see all participants succeed. What’s not to like? Apart from the absence of alcohol obviously.”

If Christmas hits the waistline hard, it may be worth following in Richard’s footsteps. Don’t let 2020 see you put on the pounds.
