CONGRATULATIONS to Lukas Ryan of Partridge BMW who was awarded the Newcomer Head of Business of the Year Award.
Presented to Lukas by comedian John Bishop (above right) and BMW CEO Dave George (above left) at BMW’s annual retailer of the year award ceremony held at Tate Britain in London, the event celebrated the successes of the 132 BMW retailers.
While many leasing brokers are aware of Lukas they might not consider him a newcomer. But in 2023 Lukas was appointed Head of Business at Partridge BMW, which involves operational oversight of the retailer, and this award celebrates those executives who have been appointed to the role during 2023.
The award recognised outstanding performance in:
- Leadership of the business
- People management
- Customer focus and
- Local community contributions
“I was delighted to receive the award, but in many ways it’s just a reflection of the outstanding business and individuals who contribute to making Partridge BMW such a success.”
The Newcomer Head of Business of the Year Award was not the only trophy that Partridge BMW walked away with. The MINI Big Love Award was won by James Clark – MINI Brand Manager, Partridge
Presented to those who made incredible contributions to their respective communities and demonstrated significant efforts to reduce its environmental footprint in 2023, Partridge conducted several inspiring Big Love initiatives while fundraising £4,000 for their chosen charity – Ronald McDonald House.
