THE Kent Vehicle Group, which includes the leasing broker site Kent Vehicle Contracts, has completed some major changes for the firm. A new website has been launched, and the group has moved into new premises.
Launched earlier this month, the new website covers all aspects of the Kent Vehicle Group’s operations, including its leasing arm. The leasing page is in the process of being enhanced further, as Kent Vehicle Group is working closely with its web developers.
The new showroom has been described as the ‘icing on the cake’ for Kent Vehicle Group’s latest changes. The site allows for a full handover of vehicles in a professional space, going through functionality with customers on site.
Equally, end of contract inspections and repairs can be carried out, making the returns process more transparent. There is space to store and provide cars, to make life easier whilst a customer’s car is in for repair or waiting for a new model to arrive.
“Moving into the premises has been a huge success and enabled us to offer our customers a total service,” commented Alex Jakob-Grant, sales director, pictured above. “It’s really given the business another dimension.”
