NORTHAMPTON broker Silverstone Fleet Management has been awarded the prestigious Platinum franchisee status from LeasePlan.
Platinum franchisee status is highly coveted and is only given to a small number of UK brokers in recognition of both their performance levels and commitment to excellence.
Scott Norville, managing director of Silverstone Fleet Management, commenting on gaining Platinum status, said:
To have been granted LeasePlan Platinum Partner status on the back of the high volume of vehicles we have leased during the past 12 months would have been incredible in any year. However, to have achieved this during a worldwide pandemic – and all the challenges that came with that – is nothing short of astounding.
He added: “Our team has worked incredibly hard to become a Platinum Partner and this achievement recognises the unrivalled customer service that we give to both business and personal customers looking to lease cars and vans.”
The company was launched eight years ago by Scott from a small office in his sister’s company. Today it has a team of eight and operates from a 800sq ft barn conversion office which underwent an extensive refurbishment earlier this year. The leasing broker says it plans to expand staff count further in 2021 with two more hires.
Norville added that a fifth funding partner would be coming on board early in the new year.
