ROD McLeod will be leading the Volkswagen brand into 2022 when he takes over as director from 02 January, 2022.
He replaces Andrew Savvas who is moving to an executive position with Volkswagen America.
McLeod, who has spent the last five years heading up Skoda in the UK, commented:

“Its award-winning electric cars the ID.3 and ID.4 are spearheading an exciting and transformative shift in the automotive landscape, and I am really looking forward to working with the UK team as we accelerate that dramatic change still further. It is an incredibly exciting time to re-join the Volkswagen brand.”
Matthew Bowden will replace McLeod at Skoda from February 2022 when he returns from Volkswagen’s joint venture in China with FAW.
