About the winner
Set up in 2006, Synergy Car Leasing provides personal and business vehicle leasing. Based in Harrogate, the business operates nationally, and supplies all makes and models of new cars and light commercial vehicles. Synergy’s mission is to deliver a great customer leasing experience by providing excellent service, industry knowledge and advice, quality communication and value for money.
What made Synergy Car Leasing Broker of the Year?
Synergy not only won Broker of the Year 2024, but also took home the Best Customer Service award. Ralph Morton, Editor, Broker News summarised the double win by saying:
‘Synergy Car Leasing has absolutely nailed customer service. In their category they were winners by a significant margin with enough points to ensure they also carried off the Broker of the Year title. For a leasing business that has also been awarded a Feefo 10 Years of Excellence Award for 10 successive years of attaining the Trusted Service Award earlier this year, it’s fitting that they should be recognised with the Broker of the Year title.’
Why did Synergy win best customer service?
The judges were impressed with Synergy’s customer centric approach, which is demonstrated in everything from its values to extended customer-friendly opening hours.
What made Synergy stand out?
Exceptional customer feedback was central. Synergy’s submission showcased ‘long standing and consistently high customer service’. The business has excellent Feefo and Trustpilot scores, as well as customer recommendations – the panel said:
‘A clear demonstration of an ethos and systems directed at delivering what the customer needs. Such high NPS scores are very difficult to achieve, and this should be recognised.’
System and process investment
Synergy’s culture of continuous customer experience improvement was commended by the panel. The business has invested in its website, introduced systems such as Fleet Procure, and set up a customer knowledge hub.
Sustainable growth across a diverse offering
Synergy continues to grow year on year, with the judges commenting that the business adeptly handles both business and personal customers. The company’s ESG efforts were also applauded – which includes Synergy’s focus on supporting clients with the move to electrification, it has also installed charge points at its own headquarters.
One judge summarised Synergy by saying: ‘Great business at the top of its game!’
“To be recognised by our industry partners and peers as Broker of the Year is a fantastic achievement.  Our team of great people work hard every day to deliver an excellent leasing experience to all our clients, and we’re delighted that they have been acknowledged with such a prestigious award.
“To also win the Best Customer Service Award is really the icing on the cake! We really pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients, and we’re delighted to be recognised in this way.”
