CONGRATULATIONS to Exeter-based leasing broker Carparison, which has been awarded three-star accreditation in the latest round of the Best Companies Survey.
The quarterly Best Companies surveys are designed to measure the levels of engagement and happiness within a company’s workforce and in the latest round of results, Carparison improved on its previous two-star result.
Engagement levels are measured and ranked as the following:
- One to Watch (good levels of engagement) = BCI Score of 600 or more
- One Star (very good levels of engagement) = BCI score of 659.5 or more
- Two Stars (outstanding levels of engagement) = BCI score of 696.5 or more
- Three Stars (world-class levels of engagement) = BCI score of 738 or more
In a substantial leap in employee engagement, the broker saw its score jump to 741.9 with 92% of Carparison staff completing the survey.
Earlier this year, Carparison was awarded outstanding levels of engagement from the broker’s first-ever Best Companies survey as an independent business, with a score of 720.8.
