LEASYS and Free2move Lease took a step closer to full integration with the announcement that the, as yet unnamed new leasing company, will be led by Richard Bouligny as chairman and Rolando D’Arco as CEO.
Currently Bouligny is the group deputy CEO of the automotive and mobility division of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and D’Arco is CEO of Leasys.
The two leasing businesses are merging following the acquisition of Leasys by the Stellantis Group in 2021 after the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group.
According to the business, the merger will be complete by end of H1 2023.
Leasys is now a 50/50 joint venture between Stellantis and Credit Agricole Consumer Finance. Its previous joint venture partner, FCA Bank, has now created the Drivalia mobility brand which is a joint venture also with Credit Agricole.
