WEST Midlands based leasing broker funder, Agility Fleet, has rolled out Jaama’s Key2 asset management system to modernise its systems.
Agility Fleet says that Key2 can now manage and integrate all elements of its fleet business, from asset and contract management to quoting and finance.
Following a six figure investment, Jaama’s cloud-based system started implementation in 2021 and recently went live in September 2022. It replaces an aging legacy system.
Agility said that Key2 allowed it to manage its car and van contract hire and short-term leasing proposition particularly as it began to grow its leasing broker partner programme.
Each broker partner can now manage their own customers through the platform and can generate their own quotes.
Our old software was nowhere near as accessible for our brokers to use, running on very limited platforms, therefore restricting our fleet partners.
Jaama’s Key2 product offers an extremely user-friendly experience that gives brokers more options to provide quotes from a cloud-based platform, which advances its reach. We are using the power of Key2 to support our broker recruitment programme.
Richard Walsh, head of fleet partner, Agility Fleet
Sean Dalton, head of direct sales, and rental added:
Following the launch of Jaama’s Key2 product we can now run vehicle quotes in seconds which gives customers more choice and better information. It enables them to make more informed fleet management decisions.
We can enable customers to manage their own fleets in our systems more efficiently with Key2. The fact that the software is linked to 1link also makes our lives much easier, reducing administration time and improving operational efficiencies. The project consultant and general day-to-day support throughout the implementation has been excellent.
