About the winner
Jonathan Nolan Limited has over 20 years’ experience working with personal and business clients across all industry sectors. The business is an appointed representative of Fleet Alliance and offers contract hire, leasing and a complete range of fleet solution products.
Why did Jonathan win Best AR?
The panel said that the quality of the ARs that entered was very high but Jonathan’s well–rounded and evidenced submission, combined with his enthusiasm, ‘shone through’.
Great example of an AR
The panel acknowledged Jonathan’s extensive industry experience and were pleased ‘to see him thrive’ running his own business, under the Fleet Alliance umbrella which they described as ‘exactly how the AR regime should work’.
Customer focus
The judges were impressed with Jonathan’s support of his clients and his ethos to treat customers not just fairly, but ‘fantastically’. The supporting testimonials were particularly strong, including this example:
‘Everything that you arranged just seemed to happen effortlessly from my point of view, and I know that a lot of work, care and diligence goes into the process from your side.’
Passion for the industry
Jonathan’s enthusiasm for the industry was very evident. The judging panel commended him on both his passion and depth of industry knowledge, commenting that his experience has made him a ‘go-to person’ for leasing support.
“I’m absolutely delighted to have won Best Appointed Representative. We work in a challenging industry, and I appreciate that so many other ARs also work hard to give value and great service to both their clients and principals.
“To be chosen for this award gives me the reassurance that I’m achieving what I set out to do and gives me recognition for the effort that I’ve put in over the past four years. I’m very grateful to have won.”
